10th result announced, girls won in first three positions – News18 Punjab

PSEB 10th Result: More than 3 lakh students had registered for the 2023 Punjab Board exams. PSEB Class 10 result declared today at 11:30 AM in which 3 girls have topped. It may be mentioned that Gagandeep Kaur of Faridkot has secured the first position by securing 100 percent marks.

Navjot of Faridkot bagged the second position by securing 648 marks out of 650. While Harmandeep Kaur of Mansa from Mansa secured the third position by securing 646 marks out of 650.

Pathankot district has the highest pass percentage at 99.19% while Barnala has the lowest at 95.96%. Students can check their result with the help of official website.

The Punjab Board released the 10th class result today. The pass percentage in English subject is 99.22 which is slightly higher than the pass percentage of 99.1% in Punjabi subject.

PSEB has also released the topper list along with the 10th result. This year the pass percentage of transgender students is 100%. A total of three transgender students appeared for the exam and all have passed.

This year the 10th class board exam was held from March 24 to April 20, 2023 at various examination centers across the state. The board exam was conducted in single shift from 10 am to 1.15 pm.

Students who appeared for the exam can check their PSEB results on the official websites – pseb.ac.in. Students who appeared in the exam can check their result by entering their roll number or registration number, email id and their name. The result will be displayed on the screen and students can save the result for future reference.

In the results declared in the year 2022, the total result was 97.94 percent. In the declared result, the regular number in this 10th exam was 3,11,545, out of which 3,9627 students passed. The result was 99.6 percent. 68.31 percent of students were through open school. The total number of students was 3,23,361, out of which 3,16,399 students passed.
