6-year-old Tanmay fell into a 50-feet deep borewell in Betul, rescue operation continued for 63 hours
Betul: The rescue operation has been going on for the last 63 hours to save the 6-year-old innocent Tanmay who fell into a borewell in Mandvi village of Betul district of Madhya Pradesh. Even on Friday morning, the NDRF team is busy making a 10 feet long tunnel. Even after 63 hours, the rescue team has not been able to reach Tanmay. A 10 feet long tunnel is expected to be built on Friday.
Indeed, hard rock is presenting difficulties in the way of tunneling. By 12 midnight on Thursday, 3 feet deep excavation had been done. The NDRF team is once again engaged in tunneling since 7 am. According to the information, no response is being received from Tanmay. It may take more time to reach Tanmay. Last Wednesday, 6-year-old Tanmay fell into a borewell and got stuck in a depth of 50 feet.
Difficulty building in the tunnel
According to the information received, there is a problem in making the tunnel. Water is leaking rapidly along the rocks. Due to which the excavation is stopped and the water is being pumped out with the help of a pump. It is being told that the construction of the tunnel may take another 3 to 4 hours.
The family members are in a bad condition
On the other hand, as time passes, the family members are in a worse condition. Everyone is praying for Tanmay. On the other hand, the NDRF team is working hard to save Tanmay. An ambulance is also present at the spot so that the doctors can treat him properly as soon as he is taken out.
