To prevent the spread of corona virus in India, the ‘CovaShield’ vaccine of ‘Serum India’ from Pune, Maharashtra and the ‘Covaxin’ vaccine of ‘Bharat Biotech’ from Hyderabad, Telangana were used.

In this case, after the Serum India Company obtained the license to manufacture the Govovax vaccine from the American company ‘Novavax’, the central government gave permission to use it in emergency.

Adar Poonawala, Chief Executive Officer of ‘Serum India’, which manufactures it, has said that 60 lakh doses of ‘Govovax’ are ready now that the corona infection has picked up again in our country.

The current situation of corona spread in our country is moderate. However, 60 lakh doses of our company’s GovoVax vaccine are ready to deal with the situation.

Another vaccine, GoviShield, will be produced in similar quantities in the next two to three months. We are offering the GovoVax vaccine in the US and Europe.
