7 land deals of Lalu family that compounded the disaster
- When Lalu was the railway minister, he broke the rules and gave jobs to some
- In return, the land was written off at a cheap rate
- The hearing in this case will also be held on March 29
Former Bihar Chief Minister and RJD President Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi and MP daughter Misa Bharti may have been granted bail by Delhi’s Rouge Avenue Court in the Land for Job case, but their troubles are not over. The hearing in this case will also be held on March 29. It is alleged that Laluprasad Yadav, when he was the railway minister in the central government from 2004 to 2009, broke the rules and got some people jobs in the railways and in return bought land at a very cheap rate in the name of his family. The CBI had filed a chargesheet against the Lalu family on charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating and corruption in the case. The chargesheet mentions those seven land deals. Out of seven lands, five lands are purchased and two lands are shown as gift. Let’s take a look at the facts with whom and when these land deals took place.
