CNN-News18 quoting sources claimed that 2 wireless sets have been seized from the house of a PFI operative in Barkatulla, Tamil Nadu. The device has a GPS and an in-built GPS receiver. Not only this, it also has a distress call button (button to press for help or in an emergency) and several function keys for use at night. Intelligence sources say it is used to navigate sea lanes and was possibly used by PFI operatives for maritime terrorist activities and money exchange.
Kerala High Court has taken notice
Along with this, the Kerala High Court took cognizance of the strike called by the Islamic organization Popular Front of India across the state on Friday and the incidents of sporadic violence in the state. The court said it had already banned the strike and damaging public property would not be accepted. The court has directed the state administration to take strict action against those violating the order banning the strike. He also asked the government to take all possible measures to stop the violence.

Raids at 96 places in 15 states, more than 100 PFI workers arrested
In fact, this revelation comes at a time when the NIA and ED have jointly raided 96 locations in 15 states and arrested more than 100 members, including PFI heads from several states. The action against PFI has been termed as the biggest investigation by the investigating officers so far. PFI is likely to be banned after these raids. However, due to the action of NIA, PFI has called a bandh today i.e. Friday in Kerala.

According to the information received, the driver has worn this helmet for his own safety. So that they are safe from the stone pelting during the ongoing strike.
