Chennai: A youth riding a bike at high speed lost control and died after hitting a roadblock near Neelangarai. The accident took place on the ECR road when 7 people were traveling at high speed on 4 two-wheelers. While Syed Latif (21) died in the accident, Arshad, who was on the bike with him, is undergoing intensive treatment at the hospital.
