Adani-Hindenburg: The Supreme Court formed a committee to investigate the case of falling shares
New Delhi, March 2 (Punjab Mail)- The Supreme Court has appointed former Supreme Court judge A.M. Ordered to set up a committee under the leadership of Spree. The committee will have to submit its report within two months. The Supreme Court has taken this major step in view of the recent sharp fall in the shares of Adani group companies after the report of American short seller Hindenburg Research. Chief Justice D.Y. The Pardiwala bench said the committee will assess the overall situation of the matter and take measures to make investors aware of everything and suggest solutions to strengthen the existing regulatory framework of the stock exchange.
