Another feat of Sarbaz Khan Shahrooz Kashif reached the peak of Makalu

Web Desk: Pakistani mountaineer Sarbaz Khan from Gilgit-Baltistan and Shahrooz Kashif from Lahore climbed Mount Makalu, 8,000 meters long and the fifth highest peak in the world in Nepal.

Secretary of Alpine Club Pakistan Qarar Haidari says that 20-year-old Shahrooz Kashif has reached the highest peak of Mount Macau with a total height of 8,485 meters. Shahrooz Kashif has become the first climber in the world to reach the fifth highest peak. He has covered a distance of 8,463 meters in 23 days.

According to Alpine Club Pakistan, Sarbaz Khan was one minute behind Shahrooz Kashif and the two climbers reached the summit of Mount Macau at 8 am local time and hoisted the Pakistani flag.

Sarbaz Khan is now one of the world’s first 11 climbers and the first Pakistani to climb 14 mountains with an elevation of over 8,000.

Sarbaz Khan’s goal is to climb all the peaks of the world above 8000 meters.
