Audio leaks, federal cabinet approves action against Imran Khan
The Federal Cabinet has formally approved legal action against former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Asad Umar, Shah Mahmood Qureshi and former Secretary to Prime Minister Azam Khan over the audio leaks related to the cipher.
Web Desk: On September 30, the federal cabinet formed a cabinet committee on Imran Khan’s cipher-related audio leak. The cabinet committee recommended legal action in the October 1 meeting.
The recommendations of the cabinet committee were submitted for the approval of the cabinet in the form of a summary, which has been approved. Sources say that the federal cabinet also took legal action against the ministers of Imran Khan’s tenure and former secretary Azam Khan. Officially approved.
The Federal Cabinet through circulation approved the recommendations of the Cabinet Committee, which decided that there will be an investigation into the diplomatic cipher audio leak, and the investigation into the cipher will be conducted by the FIA.
