Darshan and Aarti timings have been changed in Ambaji temple for Aso Navratri (Navratri 2022). In which Aarti will be held from 7.30 am to 8 am and 6.30 pm to 7 pm from Aso Sud unit.

In which the temple administration has changed the timings of darshan and aarti in Ambaji temple on Aso Navratri. In which Aarti will be held from 7.30 to 8 am and 6.30 to 7 pm from Aso Sud unit, 8 to 11.30 am, 12.30 to 4.15 pm, 7 to 9 pm darshan, Mataji will have Rajbhog at 12 noon, Aso Sud unit from 9 am to 10.30 am There will be an unveiling ceremony. While Aarti will be held at 6 am on Aso Sud Atham, Utthapan ceremony will be held at 11.46 am on Aso Sud Atham and Vijaya Dashami Poojan at 5 pm on Aso Sud Dasham and Aarti will be held at 6 am on Aso Sud Poonam.

Importance of Navratri festival

  1. Shailputri, the first form of Mother, is worshiped on the first day of Navratri. If you fast on Navratri, you should follow the above rules.
  2. Brahmacharini, another form of mother, is worshiped on the second day of Navratri. Sugar should be offered to Mother Jagat on this day.
  3. On the third day of Navratri, Chandraghanta, the third form of Mother, is worshipped. On this day milk should be offered to the mother and it should be donated to the needy.
  4. The fourth form of Mother Kushmanda is worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri. On this day one should offer malpua and nived to the mother and donate to the needy.
  5. Skandamata, the fifth form of Mother, is worshiped on the fifth day of Navratri. Bananas should be offered to the Mother of the World on this day. By doing this, intelligence develops.
  6. Goddess Katyani is worshiped on the sixth day of Navratri. Honey should be offered to Mother Bhavani on this day.
  7. Kalaratri, the seventh form of Mother, is worshiped on the seventh day of Navratri. On this day an offering made of gourd should be offered to Maa Bhavani.
  8. Mahagauri, the eighth form of Mother, is worshiped on the eighth day of Navratri. Coconut should be offered to mother on this day.
  9. Siddhidatri, the ninth form of Mother, is worshiped on the ninth day of Navratri. On this day the mother should offer homemade kheer-puri and kheer.
