Binny Bansal, co-founder of e-commerce company Flipkart, has resigned from the company’s board. This information is provided by Binny Bansal and Flipkart. Binny also sold his remaining stake in Flipkart a few months back.
A few months ago, news came that Binny Bansal was preparing to start a new company in the e-commerce sector. Flipkart was started jointly by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal in the year 2007.
Sachin Bansal left the company in 2018 after Walmart bought a controlling stake in Flipkart. Sachin Bansal currently runs a fintech company ‘Navi’.
