BMC plans ₹10 crore repair for roads near international airport

MUMBAI: To give a smooth ride to over 200 G20 delegates visiting Mumbai between November and December, the BMC has started the work of reconstructing five roads near the international airport. The project, fixed at a cost of Rs 10 crore, is expected to be completed within a month. To ensure that the contractor does quality work, 20 percent amount will be kept as deposit till the completion of the defect liability period.
