Prayagraj (UP), March 1 (PTI) A bulldozer of the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) reached the house of Zafar Ahmed, a close aide of Mafia Atiq Ahmed, on Wednesday as part of the ongoing police-administration action after the Umesh Pal murder case under Dhumanganj police station of Prayagraj. . Prayagraj Development Authority’s secretary Ajit Singh said that the PDA’s bulldozer has reached the house of Zafar Ahmed, a close aide of Atiq Ahmed, for the demolition action. Demolition work will start shortly.
Umesh Pal and one of his security personnel were shot dead in Jayatipur under Dhumanganj police station last Friday. Umesh Pal, a Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA, was the prime witness in the Raju Pal murder case.
