Cylinder Blast | 2 houses burnt to ashes, cylinder also exploded
Varud (No.) Here in Tehsil Dhanodi, two houses suddenly caught fire after midnight. The cotton, tur and grains of both the houses were burnt to ashes. The fire brigade of Varud and Shendurjana Ghat Municipal Council brought the fire under control. A sudden fire broke out in the house of farmers Kisna Belsare and Manoj Belsare located in Dhanondi on Sunday midnight.
12 quintals of cotton, 3 quintals of Arhar, household items, utensils, clothes, school books were burnt to ashes in the fire. The families of Kisna Belsare and Manoj Belsare were evacuated safely in time. The fire was so fierce that even the cylinder kept in the house exploded.
In time, the fire brigade of Gram Panchayat and Warud, Shendurjana Ghat Municipal Council controlled the fire till late night, on this occasion Sarpanch Sanjay Ende, Gram Sevak Sheikh, Talathi Prashant Gorde, Thanedar Satish Ingale and other villagers worked hard.
