Delhi Police issues notice to Rahul Gandhi over ‘women are still sexually assaulted’ statement
The Delhi Police has issued a notice to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his “women are still being sexually assaulted” remarks during the Bharat Jodo Yatra and sought details of the victims so that action can be taken, officials said on Thursday.
Taking cognizance of the social media post, the police have sent a questionnaire and asked them to “give details about women who have approached them regarding sexual harassment”.
