Electoral Commission directs political parties to submit returns from August 29

The Election Commission has directed political parties to submit consolidated statements of accounts for the financial year 2023-24 by August 29, 2024. Overwriting in the form is not accepted, auditor’s certificate is required The notification also said that the copy of Herbank Statement and Bank Reconciliation Statement must be provided. The returns will be submitted to the Secretariat of the Electoral Commission by the official of the party.
