Money should be changed only in banks. There will be trouble if middlemen go for more money change. Middlemen are more prone to fraud. There is a possibility that black money worth Rs 2,000 across the country will be handed over. The money used for hawala now comes out. There are no records for this money. Such money should be forfeited. It is more likely that it will be separated into small amounts and changed into five hundred notes.
