Such hostels should be closed. Criminal action should be taken. Departmental action should be taken against the concerned officials who failed to prevent it.
If the lands owned by Athena are leased and artificial waterfalls are illegally created there, the lease agreement should be canceled; Action should be taken against those involved.
The government should submit a report on the completion of this within three months.
