What is the BJP alleging?
Amit Malviya, in-charge of BJP’s National IT Department, shared a video and tweeted,
The body that the West Bengal Police is insensitively dragging in this video is the body of a minor rape and murder victim in Uttar Dinajpur’s Kaliaganj. Such haste is often seen when the object is to destroy or weaken evidence and to cover up a crime….
In the Dinajpur-Kaliaganj case, the National Women’s Commission sent a letter to the State Women’s Commission asking them to send a complete report of the case in 3 days.
