Madhya Pradesh bhopal 3 cops die in clashes with poachers CM shivraj singh announces compensation maht imt

Bhopal: The death of three policemen in a scuffle between hunters and police in Arun, Gana district of Madhya Pradesh has shaken the government and police administration. After the death of three policemen in a scuffle between poachers and police in Gana, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh himself convened a high-level meeting at the CM House to monitor the situation. Apart from Chief Minister Dr. Narutam Mishra, the meeting held at CM House was also attended by DGP Police and ADG Intelligence. The Chief Minister took a report of the matter from the officers and decided to give martyr status to the three policemen who were killed in a shootout between police and poachers in Gana. The Chief Minister announced financial assistance of Rs 10 million each to the families of the three martyrs.

It is to be noted that in Arun of Gana district, the police had received a report of deer being hunted by poachers. When the police arrived to arrest the seven or eight poachers after receiving the news of the incident, a scuffle broke out between the police and the poachers in which Inspector Rajkumar Jato, Holder Nilesh Bhargo and soldier Sant Ram were shot dead by the poachers. A hunter named Nowshad was also killed in the police operation.

Interior Minister Dr. Narutam Mashrane in an exclusive interview with News18 Urdu said that ever since I got this news I have been in constant touch with the police officers regarding the matter. The CM himself is monitoring the matter. The families of the three martyred policemen will be given financial assistance of Rs 10 million each. Strict action will be taken against miscreants. The hunters have been identified. Such a punishment will be given to set an example.

Meanwhile, the Congress has described the martyrdom of three policemen in Gana as a failure of the government. Madhya Pradesh Nigris spokesperson Bhupinder Gupta says the testimony of three policemen in Guna’s Arun shows how high the morale of miscreants is in Madhya Pradesh and how frightened the common man is. When the government cannot protect the police, the safety of the common man can be assessed. Home Minister Dr Narutam Mishra should resign immediately.

It should be noted that after the news of News 18 Urdu, the Madhya Pradesh Home Department has decided to remove IG Gwalior Anil Sharma immediately.
