Men’s Taco Sexual Harassment: Tribunal

Men’s Taco Sexual Harassment: Tribunal

PubMed Webdesk: A British tribunal has ruled that men without hair on their heads are involved in sexual harassment called ‘taco’. The problem of men not having hair on their heads is more in this world than women. Therefore, it has been reported that there is gender inequality in commenting on this. In fact, the tribunal ruled that men’s baldness was the same as women’s baldness. The British Employment Tribunal has recently ruled in favor of Tony Finn, a veteran electrician and his former employer. Tony is known to have worked for the British Boong Company in West Yorkshire for 24 years. He was fired in May 2021. He then filed a case in the court. Among other allegations in the lawsuit, Tony claims he was sexually harassed in the former workplace. Tony Finn alleges that Jamie King, the factory’s supervisor, called him “taco” more than once during an argument at work in 2019. Tony felt humiliated and later went to court. The case was recently heard by a three-member panel of the tribunal. At the time, the judges said the words were uttered by Jamie King with the intent of violating Tony Finn’s dignity and creating a scary, hostile, humiliating or offensive environment for him. The judges said, ‘The company’s lawyer is right that women can also be bald. However, all three members of the tribunal believe that baldness is much higher in men than in women. So we think, it has to do with gender characteristics’.
