Nagpur: BJP corporators on the municipal commissioner line on various issues

Nagpur; Leading News Service: Municipal Commissioner Radhakrishnan B was taken to task by the BJP corporators today (2nd) regarding the difficulties faced by the corporators while providing basic facilities to the citizens of the city and the helplessness faced by the citizens. Electricity supply cut off due to stormy rain, trees lying on the road were also pointed out at this time.
The movement of the corporators led by former mayor Dayashankar Tiwari, Sandeep Joshi, former ruling leader Avinash Thackeray etc. attracted everyone’s attention. Complaints were made on this occasion that solving the problem of drinking water faced by citizens, arranging tankers in areas without water supply, trees fallen due to stormy rains should be picked up immediately, while complaints regarding waste are coming from many localities, no one is listening to the former corporators and the administration is not cooperating.
It was demanded at this time that the river drains and drains in the settlements should be cleaned immediately before the monsoons, electricity supply should be restored, and all these grievances should be redressed considering the trouble caused by loose dogs in the morning and evening. BJP has been in power in the city since 2007. Water supply is done at low pressure in the border settlements of the city. The arrangement which is done every year in summer, has not been done this year. Citizens are suffering due to this. While accepting the statement of detailed demands, the commissioner assured that a meeting will be held under the chairmanship of the assistant commissioner regarding planning.
