Honors continue for national hero Arshad Nadeem, the Paris Olympics winner received a guard of honor at the Punjab Emergency Services Academy.
The Minister of Health announced that the rescue center in Mian Chanu will be awarded to Arshad Nadeem, while DG Rescue Dr. Rizwan Naseer declared as the brand ambassador.
The 44th rescuers badge passing happened at the Emergency Rescue Services Academy, 438 rescuers from Sindh completed the training.
Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan and Olympian Arshad Nadeem were the chief guests of the event, the guests inspected the parade and gave awards to the best performers.
Rescue workers demonstrated deep water rescue, fire control and chairlift rescue, and also demonstrated their skills in safely extracting people from the rubble.
Olympian Arshad Nadeem said that his fitness level is also like rescue training, God willing, I will also break the record in the future.
Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan said that the success of Arshad Nadeem is the result of his hard work.
Rescue workers who completed the training said they would teach these service skills to the people around them.
