Netaji Subhash’s birth anniversary celebrated in JMM district office – Latest Bihar News| Current News of Bihar
On 23 January, JMM’s district office celebrated the 126th birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the founder of Azad Hind Fauj.
First JMM District President cum District Vice President Twenty Point Program, Giridih Sanjay Singh garlanded Netaji’s picture and paid tribute, then all the workers garlanded in turn.
Shri Singh said that on this day in the year 1897, Subhash Chandra Bose was born in Cuttack, Odisha. Netaji led the Azad Hind Fauj and gave the slogan ‘Chalo Delhi’ and ‘You give me blood, I will give you freedom’.
Many workers including Ajit Kumar Pappu, Pramila Mehra, Dilip Mandal, Abhay Kumar Singh, Mo. Toofan, Mo. Haroon, Tunna Singh, Vivek Sinha, Brij Mohan Turi, Pradosh Kumar, Sanjay Verma were present in the program.
