New signatures on old files.. Govt rushes to do something in new secretariat
- New signatures on old files
- The government is in a hurry to do something in the new secretariat
- Now signs on what has been ordered and said to be implemented many times
- This is the case from CM to ministers
Hyderabad, Light: After the inauguration of the new secretariat, CM KCR along with ministers and senior officials signed many files. But it is noteworthy that they are all old files. Except for one and two, all the other orders were given earlier. Every time the files that have to go as a routine have been signed as if they are doing something new. After opening the secretariat, CM KCR signed six files according to his lucky number 6 on the sixth floor. Dalit Bandhu, Podu Pattalu, CMRF, Nutrition Kit, regularization of contract employees are old. The files signed by the ministers are also the same.
A new buildup to the routine
Dalit Bandhu: The CM signed the first file regarding implementation of Dalit Bandhu scheme in 2023-24. One installment of Dalit Bandhu has already been completed. The CM has given several orders regarding this scheme for a year. But signed on Sunday. For this, apart from the signature of the CM, it is enough to give a copy of the guidelines from the concerned secretary. Bad lands: The CM also signed the distribution of bad land titles. According to the orders of KCR, the distribution of the railway tracks has to be done in the month of March itself. Now from the month of May, district wise distribution program will be taken up. Thus, 1 lakh 35 thousand beneficiaries will be given land titles for about 3.9 lakh acres.
CMRF: KCR signed the file related to beneficiaries of CMRF funds. It’s just a file that always goes through the routine.
KCR Nutrition Kits: KCR’s signature is placed on the file related to KCR Nutrition Kit intended to provide nutritious food to pregnant women. This scheme is already being implemented in some districts under a pilot project in the state. TSMSIDC has also invited tenders for procurement of kits required for distribution across the state. Health Minister Harish Rao has also revealed this several times.
On April 20, the minister announced that the distribution of kits will start across the state in a week or two. It has been revealed that already one lakh kits have been sent to the districts and another lakh kits are being collected. On the other hand, a note was released from the minister’s office on Sunday saying that CM KCR has given permission for this scheme. He said that kits will be given to 6.84 lakh people across the state and Rs.277 crores will be spent for this.
Regularization of Contract Employees: An announcement was made last year that the contract employees would be regularized. All the proposals reached the government at some point. For this, only approvals from finance have to be given. It was given without the CM’s signature. It is noteworthy that half of the people have not been regularized.
Palamuru Lift: KCR signed the file related to Palamuru lift irrigation project. This project proposal is old. If not, as it is a file that must be signed by the CM, it was completed on this occasion.
Ministers are also in the way of CM
Ministers signed each file. They are also old. Minister Jagdish Reddy has signed the file to pay free electricity dues of Rs.958 crore to DISCMs. This is a routine file. It would have been enough if the secretary of the concerned department gave a bio. Niranjan Reddy’s signature was placed on the supply file of the subsidized green bread seeds given every year. The distribution of fish fry also belongs to the same category. It was signed by Thalasani Srinivas Yadav. The Minister has signed the grant of Rs.75 crore for construction of Mega Dairy. Errabelli Dayakar Rao was the first to sign the permission file for IKP building constructions for new mandals. This is an old favorite. Indrakaran Reddy signed the file to apply Dhupadip Naivedya scheme to 100 temples in 4 districts under GHMC.
A file was also signed to make millet prasad available in the main temples. Both these are old assurances. Vemula Prashant Reddy signed the reorganization file of Roads and Buildings Department. But the decision was made less than two months ago. Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy has signed the tabs and corner libraries for the teachers by the time the schools open. Minister Satyavati Rathore signed the files sanctioning Rs.10 crore to the Ranjigondu Museum along with the distribution of small rice to the Anganwadi centers. CM Cuppa.. Srinivas Goud signed the file related to sports. Only Minister Harish Rao has signed the new file for filling some posts in the Health Department.
