The NIA identified the arrested overground workers (OGWs) as Muzamil Mushtaq Bhat of Baramulla and Fayaz Ahmed Khan of Kupwara and said they were involved in providing logistical support for terrorist activities, spreading terrorist propaganda, radicalising and recruiting new recruits. were in touch with their Pakistan-based masters for Member of TRF.
