No country is safe on the basis of weapons, at least the statistics say so!
According to this index, despite the huge reduction in the incidents of terrorism and the death due to it, Afghanistan is the most affected country as in the last four years. According to the index, compared to the year 2021, in the year 2022, there has been a decrease of 58 percent in terrorist attacks in Afghanistan and 75 percent in the deaths due to this. Afghanistan is followed by Burkina Faso, Somalia, Mali, Syria, Pakistan, Iraq, Nigeria, Myanmar, Niger, Cameroon, Mozambique and India in the index. Obviously, India is at the forefront of this index among countries with large economies and leading arms purchases. Sri Lanka is at 29th, Nepal at 36th, Bangladesh at 43rd, Bhutan at 93rd and China at 93rd. The US is ranked 30th, Germany 35th, United Kingdom 42nd, Russia 45th, Canada 54th, Japan 62nd and Australia 69th.
