Third seed Ahsan defeated Indian rival Yash three to one in Colleyville Open Squash held in the US state of Texas.
Ahsan won the first game after which Yash Bhargwa staged a comeback, but then the Pakistani player won the third and fourth games to add another trophy to his career.
Ahsan’s winning score was eleven six, eight eleven, eleven three and eleven eight.
Earlier, Ahsan Ayaz defeated Malaysia’s Yi Zian Siaw in the semi-finals and Ireland’s Denis Glowski in the second round, this is Ahsan Ayaz’s fifth title this year.
