Karachi Police Chief Ghulam Nabi Memon said in this regard that the habitual criminals will be monitored through the tracker band, the tracker will be tied on the ankles or wrists of the accused.

Additional IG Karachi said that e-devices will be installed on habitual criminals on the orders of the court, habitual criminals will be tracked by third party and third party will monitor the location of the accused. And there will be movement monitors.

According to the Karachi Police Chief, according to statistics, there are 12,000 habitual criminals in the city and for 25 years in the UK, habitual criminals are being monitored through trackers.
