Srinagar: Police arrested a thief and recovered 210 grams of gold jewelery from his possession in Rainawari area of ​​the city on Saturday.
In a tweet, the Srinagar police said: “A thief named Sheikh Khurshid Alam of Dalgate arrested by Rainawari police station. On his confession, 210 grams of gold ornaments were recovered. He had committed theft on 9.3.2023 from the house of Abid Yusuf Tailor, Saidakadal, Rainawari. The public is advised to install CCTVs in and around their premises.”
