Potential Pakistan team players are camping in Karachi

The potential players of the Pakistan team for the Azlan Shah Hockey Tournament have started a camp in Karachi.

Head coach Ayaz Mehmood said that 35 players reported on the first day of the camp, more players will report in the evening.

The first training session of the players started at 6 am and continued for three and a half hours, during which coach Rihan Butt and Mohammad Saqlain trained the players.

Meanwhile, Azlan Shah Tournament Organizing Secretary contacted PHF Secretary Haider Hussain and sent Pakistan team’s practice schedule to PHF.

The Pakistan team will leave for Malaysia on May 2 while the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup will begin on May 4.

The Pakistan team will hold their first practice session in Ipoh, Malaysia on May 2 at 9 pm.
