The ICC says Greg Barclay has confirmed to the board that he will step down at the end of his term in November.
According to the Cricket Board, current directors can submit nominations for the chairmanship until August 27. If there are more than two nominations, an election will be held.
According to ICC, the term of the new president will start from December 1, 2024.
