Prince Charles and Camilla get special starring roles in EastEnders
Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall will make guest appearances at EastEnders early next month. Charles and Camilla were in Albert Square in March when they toured the new Elstree set, meeting the cast and crew.
But it is now revealed that he also performed for the soap cameras while he was in Walford. Viewers will have to tune in to know what the royal couple gets.
Mick Carter – played by Danny Dyer – has already announced that he is throwing a jubilee party for Square. It is believed that the royal guests will be present as he will later tease that some very special guests are going to arrive.

Linda Carter, played by Kelly Bright, said: “I just thought what an amazing game they’re up to doing it. I just thought, ‘Wow, they’ve never done anything like this before.’
“They didn’t really know what to expect — I mean, it must have been nervous and completely out of their norm for them. So I hope they enjoy it as much as we did.”
The episode airs on June 2.
