Potato – 2 small size

Onion – 1 big size

Green coriander – two spoons (chopped)

Green chili – 3 (finely chopped)

salt – as per taste

Gram flour – two teaspoons

Flour – 1 tsp wheat flour

First peel and wash the potatoes and then cut it into thin slices. After this, wash and chop green coriander and green chilies as well. Now cut the onion as well. After this mix potatoes, onions and green chillies, green coriander. Then add salt, gram flour and flour to it. Keep in mind that add only that much water to it so that it remains dry and does not get diluted.

Now put oil in the pan and heat it on the gas. When the oil becomes hot, add the prepared mixture of gram flour to make pakodas. Cook it on low flame.
