The court said in the order that while speedy hearing is necessary, there is also a need to give sufficient time to the respondent party to present its case. Therefore, the court gave 3 days time to all the respondents to present their case in writing. It was clarified in the order that no time will be given to any party to file a reply in the hearing to be held on 26. The hearing for this will also not be adjourned.
