Karachi: The Sindh High Court has ordered to speed up the steps to recover the citizens on the requests for the recovery of the missing persons.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Nimatullah Phalhuto heard the petitions for the recovery of the missing persons. The court asked what steps have been taken to recover the 17 missing persons.
The investigating officer said that Noor Mohammad, missing from Buffalo Colony, has returned home. Noor Muhammad disappeared in July 2024.
The court ordered to expedite steps for recovery of other missing persons and to submit a report to the investigating officers within 3 weeks. The court disposed of the request of Noor Muhammad’s family.
