Devaraj Sharma of Tihu Ratanpur of Nalbari district has proved that poverty is a barrier to success. Durbhagiya Devaraj Sharma was able to get star marks with letters in all subjects in high school matriculation examination with 79.33 percent marks after Charkari Medium School Bali High School. As a child, fatherless Devaraja was taught by his mother by working in the house.
