Successful testing of 5g calls in india done at iit madras skf mgb

5G Technology:India successfully tested 5G calls on Wednesday. The test was conducted at IIT Madras. Union Minister for Communications Ashwini Vishnu, who was present on the occasion, made 5G voice and video calls. India’s local 5G technology is being hailed as a major step towards technology self-reliance.

Young engineers from IIT Madras explained to Ashwini Vishnu the design of various 5G subsystems, all locally designed and manufactured. Over the next few months, this design and ‘Made in India’ solution has the potential to go from local to global to meet India’s needs. It will also meet the needs of India in an indigenous and secure manner.

On the occasion, Ashwini Vishnu expressed happiness over the complex systems developed by Young India and bringing India on the world map in telecom space. The Union Minister said, “It is the vision of the Prime Minister and we are able to develop our 4G, 5G technology stack in India, with ‘Made in India’ and ‘Made in the World’ technology, A better understanding of Together we want to win the world. “

Earlier, Union Minister Ashwini Vishnu on Wednesday said that India’s own 5G infrastructure would be ready by September-October this year. Addressing an event organized by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Vishnu said that India’s local telecom infrastructure reflects “the development of major infrastructure technologies”.
