Islamabad (Web Desk) The Supreme Court has issued a written order for the hearing of the federal government’s appeal against the August 19 decision of the Islamabad High Court on the Audiolex scandal, the order consists of five pages.
The written order to hear the federal government’s appeal against the decision of the Islamabad Supreme Court was issued, Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan gave the decision. The written order of the two-member bench consists of 5 pages.
According to the decree, the federal government established a commission of inquiry on 19 May 2023, the commission of inquiry was formed under the chairmanship of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Aamir Farooq were also present part of the three-member commission.
It was said in the order that the Supreme Court stopped the commission of inquiry from working after which the meeting could not be returned until today, the federal government took the position that the High Court exercised the jurisdiction suo motu notice
According to the order of the court, Bushra Bibi said in the document presented in the High Court that the audio is fabricated. The parties may submit additional documents if they wish.
