The biggest recruitment exam in the state is scheduled to be held on Sunday, January 29, after the assembly elections. Panchayat Seva Selection Board Class 3 Junior Clerk Exam will be held. For which 7500 police staff and 70 thousand examination staff will join the exam. More than 200 flying squad teams will be operational. Candidates have to reach the class room at 9:30 am. All classrooms are equipped with CCTV. Candidates are prohibited from carrying anything except pen, icard and call letter. A total of 42 strongrooms are kept at various districts to keep the sealed examination materials. These items are prohibited in the examination centre
As many as 291 flying squads consisting of armed police and senior officers have been deployed across the state for the purpose of conducting the examination with adequate security and vigilance. A total of 939 routes have been constructed to deliver sealed examination material from district strongrooms to examination centres. Each of these route vehicles will be dispatched by route supervisors under armed police escort. 100% free screening of the candidates will be done before admitting the candidates by female police personnel for female candidates and male police personnel for male candidates at the examination centres. It is prohibited for any candidate to carry any electronic gadget like mobile, smart watch, blue-tooth, ear phone etc. inside the examination center.

All classrooms equipped with CCTV
Prohibitory notification in this regard has been issued by the concerned competent authority. Candidate’s left hand thumb impression will be taken on the OMR sheet of the candidates during the examination. After the completion of the examination, the OMR sheet of the candidates will be scanned from the district level itself in the presence of the District Development Officer under CCTV camera recording. And after the completion of scanning work it will be uploaded on the website of the society with search option immediately. So candidates can view their OMR sheet and download and print it.
