A 4-year-old boy vandalized an Israeli museum, smashing 3,500-year-old artifacts.
According to BBC reports, the 4-year-old boy came to visit the museum with his parents in the Israeli city of Haifa.
On this occasion he broke a bronze vessel of about 1500 or 2200 BC, which was considered a rare specimen.
According to reports, the bronze vessel was displayed near the entrance of the museum without protective glass because the museum management believes that it is better to keep the archaeological artifacts without protective glass or barrier.
The management of the museum says that some people try to damage the archaeological artefacts deliberately and such cases are dealt with strictly and sometimes the police have to be involved.
They say that, however, this incident is different, it happened accidentally due to the fault of a small child, so no action will be taken against him.
On the contrary, when the repair work of this bronze vessel is finished, the boy and his parents will be invited to visit again.
