The Delhi Municipal Corporation elections are over, the counting of votes will be held on December 6 Punjab News

New Delhi, (Manpreet Singh Khalsa):- Voting for 250 Municipal Corporation seats in Delhi took place till 5.30 pm. Voters cast their votes at 13,638 polling stations. The fate of 1349 candidates has been locked in the EVM. Now the candidates will have to eagerly wait for December 7 as the election results are going to be out on the 7th.

For the election of 250 wards of Delhi Municipal Corporation, 104 wards were reserved for women. A total of 1,349 candidates, including 709 women, are in the fray. Bharatiya Janata Party and Aam Aadmi Party have fielded candidates in all 250 seats. More than one crore 46 lakh voters have to announce the fate of the candidates.
