On Wednesday evening, when her uncle went to light the lamp and switched on the light, he found his niece hanging from the fan. Uncle informed the people nearby about this. ASI Jagveer Singh told that Sonu alias Sonia (18), daughter of Narayan Lal Gurjar, a resident of Segwa Hall Samari, lives in her maternal grandfather since childhood. Sonu was in her room all day on Wednesday. The light of his room was also switched off in the evening. When Sonu’s maternal uncle Ramratan’s son Narayan Gurjar switched on the light of the room to light the lamp, he found his niece hanging from the fan. Sonu had committed suicide by hanging himself with his own dupatta. Seeing the niece like this, maternal uncle Ramratan immediately informed his sister and brother-in-law about it. He also informed the police. Shambhupura police reached the spot. Ramratan told that Sonu was normal like everyday. She was in her room during the day. Everyone thought she was studying and must have slept after that. At present the police is investigating the reasons for suicide. At present, the police got the post-mortem done and handed over the dead body to his family members.
