According to the information received, Pangi had admitted his sick wife for treatment in a hospital in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. However, he was advised by the doctors to take his wife back home and her house was about 100 km away.

Giving information about the death of his wife, Pangi said that he had called an auto rickshaw to go back to his village and when he rode on this auto rickshaw and traveled a short distance, his wife died on the way. died After this, the driver of the autorickshaw on which they were riding refused to take them further. The auto driver dropped them on the way and went back.
