NAB filed fresh reference of Tosha Khana against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Accountability Court Islamabad.
Investigating officer Mohsin Haroon and case officer Waqarul Hasan filed the reference.
In Naya Toshahkhana’s reference, NAB interrogated PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Adiala jail.
According to the sources, the new reference Tosha Khana presented by NAB consists of two volumes.
It is to be noted that NAB arrested the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi on July 13, both were in NAB custody for 37 days for investigation.
The founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi were also provided a question paper by NAB, both the accused submitted the answers to the question paper to NAB.
PTI founder Bushra Bibi was judicially charged on August 19 after the investigation was completed.
The new Toshakhana reference filed by NAB will be reviewed by the Accountability Court of the Registrar and after removing the objections, the reference will be sent to the Administrative Judge of the Accountability Court.
The administrative judge will decide whether to transfer the reference himself or to another accountability tribunal, with Administrative Judge Nasir Javed Rana already hearing the £190 million reference.
