Vadodara (Vadodara) Most of the electricity pylons are located in the farms at Shankarpura village of Dabhoi taluk of the district (Electricity pole) It has been collapsing for more than last 2 months. However, no work has been done to undo it by Madhya Gujarat Power Company. On the one hand, the government to the farmers (Farmers) Many plans have been released to provide electricity but the situation has arisen that all the plans are only on paper. Due to loss of power flow over farmers’ wells, seed worth lakhs of rupees is about to be lost.

Farmers fear crop damage

In the fields of Shankarpura village of Dabhoi taluk of Vadodara, electricity poles have collapsed at various places. Power supply has been disrupted in the farms due to power poles collapsing. Facing this problem for the last two months, the farmers have presented several times to the power department. Irrigation of crops by drawing water from wells has also stopped due to disruption of power supply in the fields. Crops planted in about 1500 bigha in this area are feared to be damaged. Crops including cotton, tuwer are on the verge of destruction.

A lot of anger among the farmers

Due to the lack of electricity at different wells, the farmers are unable to take water now, while the Gujarat government is celebrating Ujjawal Bharat Ujjawal future and making empty claims that farmers are being given various schemes. Farmers of Shankarpura village are very angry about this attitude of Madhya Gujarat Power Company. When asked the official of Madhya Gujarat Power Company about starting power supply, he said that the vehicles of the power department cannot reach the fields. Due to this, the operation is stopped. Now it remains to be seen when the problems of the farmers will be solved by the power system.
