Yashasvi Jaiswal said that he was very emotional after traveling so far. I used to live in Patria’s house in Azad Maidan. When we saw the light here, we used to wonder if we would ever get a chance to go inside. The loud noise from the stadium was always a draw. Now I am thinking about the next one. Trying to keep myself mentally strong. Tries to keep himself disciplined even in post-match routine. Right now my focus is on the game and I want to work on it.
Talking about his century, Yashasvi said that when he scored his century, I did not know that the ball had crossed the boundary. I thanked God when he left. I had dreamed of making such a century. Just had to focus on the process and the hard work. The result came automatically.
