According to the details, the political adviser of the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah said in a special conversation that we should have the extension of the Chief Justice and not the numbers of the constitutional amendment, but the numbers should be enough because the constitutional amendment it is the privilege of Parliament.
The political council of the Prime Minister said that the constitutional amendment cannot be presented in the joint session of the Parliament, the constitutional amendment can be done separately in the two chambers, with a two-thirds majority.
He said that the Chief Justice has said that he will not accept any extension.
