Writer-journalist Arun Gandhi, grandson of Gandhiji, passes away at 89
Mahatma Gandhi’s grandson Arun Gandhi passed away in Maharashtra’s Kolhapur on Tuesday after a brief illness, family sources said.
He was 89 and is survived by son Tushar, daughter Archana, four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She co-authored the books Kasturba, the Forgotten Woman with Bethany Hegedes, Grandfather Gandhi and The Gift of Anger: And Other Lessons from My Grandfather Mahatma Gandhi, illustrated by Ivan Turk.
