KARACHI: Speaking at the ceremony of the first phase of ration distribution to 2 million families under the supervision of Mighty Pakistan Ration Program in collaboration with Unity Foods and JDC Foundation.
Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesri said that we stand by the decision taken by our two brothers Zafar Abbas and Idris Gigi to distribute quality ration to the helpless people. Middle class people can neither go to Dastarkhuan nor can they go to any welfare organization.
Middle class families are running their homes by taking loans. Around 10 lakh people have registered in the Mighty Pakistan Ration Scheme.
Ration will be delivered to their homes as a gift. Ration will be distributed through courier service and it will be delivered to the eligible people for 6 months.
The purpose of calling the media here is to give a good message to the people. I highly appreciate CEO Unity Foods, Farooq Amin, Idris GG and Zafar Abbas for their valuable services and contribution.
The media should highlight the issue, and wealthy individuals should come forward to contribute to the godly cause. People are committing suicide due to hunger and unemployment.
On this occasion, Zafar Abbas said that people are not getting relief package from the Government of Pakistan.
Bachat Expo is happening for the first time in Pakistan. Every eligible family will get ration through courier service for 6 months as a gift. The country is in bad times. Stray dogs are biting people in our country.
